1. Collection — free, always
Order online or by WhatsApp, we pack it, you drive over. Ready in about an hour during opening hours, held until close. Park anywhere — there's room — and give the till your order number. No minimum order.
2. Delivery zones

- Minimum order for delivery: 30,000 UGX. Collection has no minimum.
- Order before your zone's cutoff and it arrives the same day; after the cutoff, tomorrow morning.
- The landmark field is required because street addressing in Kampala is unreliable — "opposite the mosque, blue gate" gets the rider there; a road name often doesn't.
3. At the door
- Check fresh items and gas seals with the rider present.
- Cash on delivery is paid to the rider; Mobile Money before dispatch.
- If nobody's at the address and we can't reach you within 15 minutes, the order returns to the store; we call to rearrange, and a second trip carries a second fee.
4. Gas delivery
Cylinders travel upright and sealed. The rider swaps your empty at the door — have it disconnected and ready, and the stop takes a minute.
